A Ruthven man was arrested last week in Palo Alto County on a felony theft warrant out of Clay County.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shea Royster, 19, at 8:50 p.m. on January 3rd on the warrant, which was for first-degree theft ( a class C felony), third-degree burglary (a class D felony), and third-degree criminal mischief (an aggravated misdemeanor).
Clay County court records indicate the charges are connected to an incident on August 27, 2019.
Royster was not able to post a $25,000 cash-only bond.
The sheriff’s office reported he was transported to the Clay County jail.
