The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people last week following an investigation into a reported domestic incident in Mallard.
The incident occurred at 8:45 p.m. January 4th in the 300 block of South Street.
After an investigation, the sheriff’s office arrested Aaron Krusen, 31, of Mallard, charging him with second-offense domestic abuse causing bodily injury, an aggravated misdemeanor.
The sheriff’s office also arrested Kelsy Miller, 27, of Mallard, charging her with assault causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor.
Both Krusen and Miller were transported to the Palo Alto County Jail.
Krusen and Miller each made their initial appearances in court the next day.
