Inclement weather causes postponement of scheduled matchup, Titans look to West Bend-Mallard
Due to Jack Frost’s triumphant return to the area, the scheduled match up against Harris-Lake Park and Graettinger-Terril has been postponed. The game, originally scheduled for November 26th, was postponed due to the winter storm warning that had been issued for the reading area.
The Graettinger-Terril Titans were hoping to go head to head in what would have been a shot at redemption following a 52-40 defeat dealt to them by the Kingsley-Pierson Panthers on November 25th.
Historically, the Harris-Lake Park Wolves have a 13-8 record against the Titans. That being said, the Titans are on a three game winning streak against the Wolves since 2016. The Titans were hoping for some more of the same fortune against the Wolves as they go against a team that has only five players on the entire roster, three of which are sophomores.
Heading into the Thanksgiving break, the Titans will not have another chance at competition until December 3rd when they will play against the West Bend-Mallard Wolverines at West Bend-Mallard High School.
Coverage of that event will be posted right here at IowaIndependentNews.com.
